摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an electron extraction speed in a photoelectric conversion element in which a halide-based organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite is used for a light absorption layer.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element 10 comprises: a lower electrode 14; an electron transport layer 16 which is formed on a surface of the lower electrode 14 and composed of a metal oxide semiconductor; a light absorption layer 18 which is formed on a surface of the electron transport layer 16 and composed of a halide organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite; a nitrogen functionality nanographene 20 inserted in an interface of the electron transport layer 16 and the light absorption layer 18; a hole transport layer 22 formed on a surface of the light absorption layer 18; and a counter electrode 24 formed on a surface of the hole transport layer 22. The nitrogen functionality nanographene 20 is composed by introduction of π conjugated nitrogen functionality to nanographene. An average mass of the nitrogen functionality nanographene 20 is not less than 1000 m/z and not more than 50000 m/z.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
