PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly, safely and easily assemble and disassemble an outer frame and a front frame. SOLUTION: An outer frame and a front frame B are connected to each other via upper and lower connecting means H1, H2. The lower connecting means H2 consists mainly of a lower supporting bearer 20 for the outer frame and a lower supporting bracket 21 for the front frame B, wherein the supporting shaft 22 of the lower supporting bearer 20 is detachably inserted into a shaft hole 23 in the lower supporting bracket 21 in a vertical direction. The upper connecting means H1 consists of a support 24 fixed to the outer frame for suspendingly fixing the supporting shaft 25, a bearer 26 fixed to the front frame B and provided with a shaft hole 27, and an opening/closing member 28 supported on the horizontal upper face of the bearer 26 in a rotationally movable manner so as to be displaceable between a close position and an open position of the shaft hole 27 at its opening side. A bearing/delivery port 29 normally opening along the thickness of the left upper end of a frame 14 is formed between the horizontal upper face end of the bearer 26 and the outside end of the opening/closing member 28.
