PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the putting in and out of tableware even when a lid is so installed as to face a sink and to enable the assurance of the visibility of a display by adopting the constitution to allow the selective and attachable and detachable mounting of a manipulation means to an arbitrary wall surface or lid of a machine body. SOLUTION: The machine body 34 is installed on the right side of the sink 31 in such a manner that the lid 39 faces the sink 31. The manipulation section 48 disposed at the right flank of the body 34 is arranged in a right flank recessed part 50. The manipulation section 48 is provided with a power source 54 of the body 34, a course selection switch 55 and a start-temporary stop switch 56 and is fixed by means of screws 57 to the right flank recessed part 50. In addition, the manipulation section 48 is also mountable to a front surface recessed part 49 disposed on the front surface part of the body 34 in the installed state of the body 34, but a recessed part packing body 58 is screwed thereto when the machine is not used. The manipulation section 48 is thus mountable to an easy manipulatable position according to the installation state of the body 34.
