A hand truck for transporting a load comprising a primary frame 21 having one or a plurality of wheel 16 and 17 or other rolling support means, turnable about a first axis, and means by which the hand truck may be manipulated by hand, and a secondary frame 26 pivotally attached to the primary frame and turnable with respect thereto about a second axis, x-x, parallel to the said first axis, in which there are provided load-engagement means 36 carried on or by the secondary frame by which a load may be secured thereto. The load may be carried in a vertical orientation, but can be pivoted to a stable horizontal position for dispensing the contents. |
