摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately regulate overshoot level of output voltage without using trimming. SOLUTION: In order to prevent the overshoot of the output voltage when the input voltage increases rapidly, a second differential amplifier 2A and a control transistor 22A are arranged. In the second differential amplifier 2A, a reference voltage V<SB>REF</SB>is input into a plus input terminal, a second partial voltage V<SB>FB2</SB>is input into a minus input terminal, and an output terminal is connected to a gate of the control transistor 22A. In the control transistor 22A, a source is connected to the source of an output transistor 21A, and a drain is connected to the gate of the output transistor 21A. When the second differential amplifier 2A reaches the output voltage slightly larger than the output voltage V<SB>OUT</SB>, the output is set to a low level and the control transistor 22A is turned on.
