System of pre-fabrication of multi-storey full-bodied buildings from orhtotropic elements and plates of reinforced concrete of high specifications, armed with a space grid (6,7) arranged in two directions (horizontal and vertical), thermal insulating material inside the void spaces (8), special incisions/receptors (9) with reinforcement accommodations (10) to the side parts and the footings and plates of reinforced high specification concrete in the form of remaining wooden mould of two different types.During the erection of the buildings, the plates in the form of remaing wooden moulds and the walls are arranged onto the foundation beam (17). Then, the additional armature of the plates (20) and those for coupling the connection receptions between two or more walls (19-vertical junction) and between foundation beam, walls and plates (1-horizontal junction) is fitted. In the sequel, joints are cast with concrete (22, 23). At the level of the roof onto the walls the roof plates are fitted (2,3). With the addition of armature of plates (20) and those for coupling the connection accomodations (1), concrete casting is performed (22). The same procedure is followed for the construction of all floors above. This system requires the minimum in-situ connections which once they undertake stress in all joints formed can transport safely all action forces applied. |
