<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform vehicle control without performing input operation to a vehicle controller. <P>SOLUTION: When a vehicle A is utilized, a transceiver 2 for vehicle utilization applies a voltage having a waveform according to vehicle control information transmitted from a computer 1 for vehicle utilization to the electrode TR1 (handle) of a transceiver 4 equipped in vehicle through a user U.
