PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double seal valve normally not communicating with atmosphere by providing a valve element between the space of a connecting tube of the double seal valve and a drain pipe connected to the space. SOLUTION: A first and a second valve seat are provided on a first and a second opening part of the connecting tube connected to a first and a second pipe adjoining the same, a first and a second valve element which can freely adhere on and separate from the first and the second valve seat are constructed to open and close the first and the second opening part, the drain pipe communicating with the outside air is connected to a third opening part formed on the connecting tube, a third valve element which can freely adhere on and separate from the third valve seat is constructed to open and close the third opening part, a branch pipe from the first pipe is connected a fourth opening part formed on the connecting tube, and a fourth valve element which can freely adhere on and separate from the fourth valve seat are constructed to open and close the fourth opening part. Consequently, the first and the second pipe, the drain pipe and the branch pipe can be mutually connected or closed out via a space part in the connecting tube. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
