<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system capable of properly obtaining and managing identifying information of a user of a terminal device, and user information. <P>SOLUTION: An information management system 1 is equipped with a terminal device 2, a system operator server 3, and a content-providing server 4. The system operator server 3 stores identifying information of a user of the terminal device 2, and can obtain the identifying information of the user of the terminal device 2 from the content-providing server 4 when access for browsing content provided by the content-providing server 4 is received from the terminal device 2.
