The present invention relates to electronic device unloading equipment. The electronic device unloading equipment comprises: an electronic component turning device for turning over electronic components in a vertical state into a horizontal state; a first picking device for unloading electronic components, loaded in a horizontal state on a test tray, from the test tray, and providing the electronic components in a vertical state for the electronic component turning device; and a second picking device for moving the electronic components, turned in a horizontal state by the electronic component turning device, to an underfill zig on a loading position. Therefore, according to the disclosed specification, by unloading a vertical state electronic component, after a first test process after the production, from a test tray, and loading the same in a horizontal state on the underfill zig, the electronic components can be promptly introduced to the next process, thereby increasing the productivity. |
