PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device with smaller variation in voltage detection value between a collector and an emitter.SOLUTION: The driving device comprises: a reverse-conductive transistor where a transistor and a first diode connected in reverse-parallel to the transistor are provided for a common semiconductor substrate; a cathode connected to a collector of the transistor; a second diode provided for the semiconductor substrate; and a detection unit that detects the voltage between the collector and an emitter of the transistor through an anode of the second diode. For example, the detection unit detects the voltage through the anode of the second diode, thereby detecting whether the first diode is conductive or not.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
