PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply conversion device.SOLUTION: A power supply conversion device includes: a power supply conversion substrate element including a printed circuit board having a plurality of through holes and electronic parts positioned at the printed circuit board; a ground element; and a plurality of isolated columns physically connecting the printed circuit board with the ground element and corresponding to the through holes for electrical insulation.
