SAFE AND RELIABLE CYCLIC WASHING TYPE WASTE GAS TREATMENT SYSTEM

A cyclic washing type waste gas treatment system, comprising an upper computer, a plurality of PLC control cabinets and a plurality of waste gas treatment devices. The upper computer is connected to the PLC control cabinets. The PLC control cabinets are connected to the waste gas treatment devices. Each waste gas treatment device comprises a pre-filter assembly, a washing assembly, an induced draft fan and an exhaust assembly, wherein the pre-filter assembly, the washing assembly, the induced draft fan and the exhaust assembly are sequentially connected by means of a pipeline; the exhaust assembly comprises a sensor for detecting gas content, a control unit for a gating outlet and opening and closing units for two outlets; the sensor is disposed at an inlet of the exhaust assembly; an output end of the sensor is connected to the control unit; and the control unit is connected to the opening and closing units. The system can remotely control a plurality of organic waste gas treatment devices, thereby improving the efficiency.
