PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soy sauce lees preservation film where enclosed soy sauce lees do not bleed out, the generation of offensive odors can be suppressed and the soy sauce lees can be stored for a long term and to provide a soy sauce lees molded body using the same.SOLUTION: A soy sauce lees preservation film using for packaging and preserving soy sauce lees has at least one layer made of a saponified ethylene-vinyl ester-based copolymer.
