<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which restrains an image copy corresponding to a copy guard level included in the image. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor has an unlawful copy guard function of preventing an unlawful copy of image data based on a copy guard pattern included in the image. The image processor comprises a copy guard pattern detecting means for detecting the copy guard pattern from the image, a copy guard level obtaining means for obtaining the copy guard level corresponding to the copy guard pattern, and an unlawful copy guard means which performs an unlawful copy guard with respect to the image based on the copy guard level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
