PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a safety message control system.SOLUTION: A TTS (text to speech) server unit 18 converts input safety message text information into a safety message voice file. A media server unit 17 transmits the playback data on the safety message voice file through a telephone network, to a voice telephone terminal 4. When the use of the telephone network is disabled, the media server unit 17 retransmits a voice safety message to the voice telephone terminal 4 in each constant time. In the case of transmission of the reproduced data on the safety message voice file to the voice telephone terminal 4 fails even if voice calling is made for the maximum number of times, distribution is made to at least a public screen 5 in the identical area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
