PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephoto lens achieving reduction in the diameter of an optical system and satisfactorily suppressing the generation of various aberrations, and an imaging apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: A telephoto lens comprises, in order from an object side to an image side: a first lens group with positive refractive power; a second lens group with negative refractive power; and a rear lens group with positive refractive power. The rear lens group includes a third lens group with positive refractive power, a fourth lens group with negative refractive power, and a fifth lens group having positive refractive power. The first lens group has a predetermined cemented lens. The predetermined cemented lens has at least one positive lens, and satisfies the following conditional expression (15): 85<ν<100 (15), where νis an Abbe's number of at least one positive lens in the predetermined cemented lens.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
