PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately obtain a moving form of a user possessing an electronic terminal with small power consumption.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes: a moving form determination unit for acquiring sensor data from a sensor for measuring an operation state of an operator possessing an electronic terminal and performing determination processing of a moving form of the electronic terminal; a reliability information determination processing unit for determining reliability information indicating reliability for determination result of the determination processing; and a transmission processing unit for transmitting the determination result and the reliability information to a main control unit which controls the electronic terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
