PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a padding processing device capable of simplifying and miniaturizing a device constitution, and capable of improving processing accuracy and processing efficiency.SOLUTION: A padding processing device 100 comprises a fiber laser oscillator 110, a laser power source part 120, a control part 130, a laser output detection circuit 140 and an LCD touch panel 150 in a device body 101 constituted so as to be easily movable by manpower. The fiber laser oscillator 110 oscillates a variable pulse laser beam of changing output energy within one pulse, to be outputted to an irradiation torch 170 via a connection cable 160. The irradiation torch 170 is formed in a size graspable by the manpower, and comprises a material supply nozzle 175 constituted of an electric conductor on the outside of an emitting port 172 for emitting a fiber laser beam FL. The material supply nozzle 175 discharges a padding material RM supplied from a material supply device 200, and detects contact with a workpiece WK by a voltage impression from the control part 130. |
