PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air outlet which easily performs blowing out of temperature-adjusted air to a knee and a waist of an occupant. SOLUTION: A movable duct 24 formed with a first air blowing out port 27a on a front surface side is externally fitted to a fixed duct 23 connected to an air-conditioning duct 22 slidably in a longitudinal direction. The movable duct 24 slides between a usual position where a body part 26 is stored in an instrument panel 21 and a drawing out position where it extends to a front side outward. A vertically penetrated second air blowing out port 33 is formed on a bottom wall 26b of the body part 26 positioned at a front side further than a front surface of the instrument panel 21 in the movable duct 24 in the drawing out position. The temperature-conditioned air is blown out to the knee and the waist of the occupant from the second air blowing out port 33. The second air blowing out port 33 is positioned at a rear side further than the front surface of the instrument panel 21 in the usual position of the movable duct 24 and is covered/closed by a bottom wall 23d of the fixed duct 23.
