<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip-type terminal pin loading device and a method for readily and accurately positioning a terminal of a wiring board to the center of clip of a clip-type terminal pin and for markedly shortening the time required for such positioning work. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal pin loading device arranges a small-sized camera 5 for imaging from a lateral direction, the clip-type terminal pin 16 held with a holding member 2, and the wiring board 11 held with a wiring board moving mechanism 3; and a display mans 6 for displaying the images obtained by using such small-sized camera 5.
