PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breaking of connector foils to be connected to electrode terminals by ultrasonic welding, without causing increase in weight and in manufacturing processes. SOLUTION: The collector foils 111,114 are laminated at ends that are connected to the electrode terminals 12,13.
