PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deterioration of sound quality of a RBT signal and a BT signal to be listened at a MCA terminal station side. SOLUTION: In a wireless telephone system which connects a MCA circuit control apparatus 200 and the MCA terminal station 300 by a digital radio circuit of a low bit rate by using codecs 202 and 302 and connects the MCA circuit control apparatus 200 to a private telephone system 100, a tone signal detector 203 to identify and detect a tone signal to be transmitted from the private telephone system 100 to the MCA circuit control apparatus 200 and to transmit a detected information to the digital radio circuit through the codec 202 is provided, and a tone signal generator 303 to generate the tone signal between the codec 302 of the MCA terminal station 300 and a MCA telephone 304 by receiving the detected information is provided.
