A printing method of an insert transfer film is provided to separate a transferred print part from a print layer transferred on an injection molded material, clearly together with a release film by forming the transferred print part only on a priming layer of a background print layer and a finishing coat layer of a rear print layer. In a printing method of an insert transfer film(100) for forming a print layer(160) on one surface of a release film(120) to insert-transfer the insert transfer film on an injection molded material having a through-hole at one side, the print layer has a background print layer(161) and a rear print layer(167) repeatedly printed on one surface of the release film in order correspondently to the injection molded material. First and second transferred print parts(163b,165b) that are protruded toward the outer side of the injection molded material and not transferred on the injection molded material are printed on priming layers(163a,165a) exposed on the surface of the injection molded material. A third transferred print part(167b) protruded to the outer side of the injection molded material to correspond to the first and second transferred print parts formed on the priming layers, is respectively formed on a finishing coat layer(167a) of the rear print layer.
