An electron emission display device is provided to prevent a portion of a screen from being invisible due to an external ray reflection by improving a contrast of the screen and reducing a glaring effect. An electron emission display device includes first and second substrates(2,4), electron emission elements, a fluorescent layer(8), a black layer(10), an anode electrode(12), and a micro uneven unit(16). The first and second substrates are arranged to be opposed to each other. The electron emission elements are arranged in an array on the first substrate. The fluorescent layer and the black layer are formed on one surface of the second substrate. The anode electrode is positioned on one surface of the fluorescent layer. The micro uneven unit is formed on the other surface of the second substrate for scattering an external ray.
