The present invention relates to a laser therapy device for a toilet stool including: a module (17) mounted at one side of a water tank (2) of the toilet stool so as to drive a first laser radiator (3) and a second laser radiator (4); a controller (18) mounted at the other side of the water tank (2) in such a manner as to be electrically connected to the first laser radiator (3) and the second laser radiator (4) so as to control the first laser radiator (3) and the second laser radiator (4); the first laser radiator (3) electrically connected to the module (17) and the controller (18) in such a manner as to be selectively usable adjacent to the user's abdominal part by means of an angle-adjusting means (8); and the second laser radiator (4) electrically connected to the module (17) and the controller (18) and mounted on a cover (2a) disposed in front of the water tank (2) in such a manner as to be usable adjacent to the user's back part.
