<p>PURPOSE: A CC(Closed Circuit) TV camera system is provided to accurately turn on a light at a shutter opening point by using an independent synchronous signal between the CCTV camera and a light control device. CONSTITUTION: A light control device(100) controls on/off of a lighting device to correspond to a shutter opening of a CCTV camera. The light control device includes a synchronous signal extracting unit(121), a processor, and a communication unit(103). The synchronous signal extracting unit extracts a synchronous signal interconnected with the CCTV camera from the CCTV camera. The processor generates a control signal for the lighting device through the extracted synchronous signal. The communication unit communicates with the server.</p> |
