A first sealing portion 51 and the main reflection mirror 112 are fixed so that the driving frequency is kept within a range from a first frequency to the second frequency, when a waveform peak having a frequency lower than the driving frequency and closest thereto, among a plurality of waveform peaks generated due to fluctuation of interelectrode voltage of a pair of electrodes 610, 710 due to acoustic resonance, is a first peak, a waveform peak having a frequency higher than the driving frequency and closest thereto is a second peak, a frequency at a higher side, having a magnitude of vibration in the first peak half of a maximum value, is the first frequency, and a frequency of a lower side, having a magnitude of vibration in the second peak half of the maximum value, is the second frequency.
