PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive adhesive sheet for FPC where a conductive adhesive layer and a metal reinforcing plate have easy peeling properties capable of easily peeling the conductive adhesive layer and a metal reinforcing plate, without causing the blocking, in a state where the conductive adhesive sheets for FPC pasted to the metal reinforcing plate are stacked, and stick firmly to the FPC.SOLUTION: In a conductive adhesive sheet for FPC, an adhesive composition containing a flame retardant resin and a crosslinking agent 2, a conductive filler 3, and an anti-blocking agent 4 is applied to the single side of a support film 1, and a conductive adhesive layer 13 is laminated. Assuming that the total volume Vof the flame retardant resin, and the non-volatile components of the cross-linking agent is 100 (VOL%), the total volume Vof the conductive filler and anti-blocking agent is preferably in a range of 15-70 (VOL%).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
