PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform cooling by restricting lowering of cooling efficiency of an engine radiator and a condenser. SOLUTION: In the case where outdoor air temperature Tr is a predetermined temperature or more and water temperature Tw of the engine coolant is within a predetermined temperature range in operation of an air conditioner in such a state that engine control is normally operated, when the engine is idled, a negative pressure control valve is opened so as to operate an actuator, and the condenser is separated from the engine radiator so as to restrict deterioration of cooling ability of the condenser (steps 100, 104-114). The condenser is returned to the default position by closing the negative pressure control valve so as to stop operation of the actuator when the air conditioner is stopped, or the outdoor air temperature is the predetermined temperature or less, or the water temperature rises or the vehicle starts to travel (steps 116-124).
