PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive pattern substrate having a conductive pattern employing a polythiophene derivative, wherein the deterioration in the characteristics of the polythiophene derivative is inhibited, and to provide a method of manufacturing it. SOLUTION: The conductive pattern substrate includes a substrate and a polythiophene layer that is formed on the substrate and contains the polythiophene derivative with conductivity, wherein the polythiophene layer has a conductive portion with conductivity and a nonconductive portion that does not have conductivity.
