PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce bio-plastic with a relatively low thermal expansion coefficient.SOLUTION: Wool predominantly composed of keratin is crushed until its fiber length becomes equal to a fiber diameter and turned into powder (S1). Water is added to the powder comprising the wool with its fiber length equal to the fiber diameter and mixed (S2). A mixture of the powder and water is subjected to hot-press molding (S3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
