PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst fiber structure high in carried amount of a catalyst metal, hood in contact property with a reaction material and excellent in reactivity.SOLUTION: There is provided a catalyst fiber structure by carrying a catalyst metal on a fiber structure and satisfying all of following requirements (a), (b) and (c): (a) a peak having maximum pore size of a Log differential pore volume distribution curve obtained by a measurement using a mercury penetration method is 0.1 μm to 100 μm; (b) Log differential pore volume in the peak is 0.5 mL/g or more; and (c) the carried amount of the catalyst metal compound or a binder per unit volume is 0.05 g/mL or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
