<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent variation in the electrical connection between a collector terminal and the internal electrode of a cell, and occurrence of gas leakage caused by surface sink of a metal solder material. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell unit comprises a tubular fuel cell having an electrode on the side surface at the end, and a collector terminal bonded to the end of the fuel cell by soldering to cover the electrode. The fuel cell unit further comprises a soldering material holding part which holds a part of a first soldering material, interposed between the side surface of the fuel cell and the collector terminal, near the corner of the end face of the fuel cell during a soldering step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
