PURPOSE: A pulley apparatus for a transfer system is provided to obtain positional precision of an operational tool by changing angle of a rotational roller depending on moving displacement of the operational tool. CONSTITUTION: A pulley apparatus for a transfer system includes fixing brackets(10) and a roller bracket(50). The fixing brackets having a first wire insertion part(13) are respectively installed in both upper and lower sides of an equipment frame of a transfer system. The roller bracket forms a second wire insertion part(53) connected with the first wire insertion part and rotatably arranged in the fixing bracket. A pair of rotational rollers for supporting wire movement is rotatably installed in the roller bracket.
