A reciprocating positive-displacement pump, in particular a piston or diaphragm pump with a pump head (2), comprises – a pump chamber (3), – a pump member, in particular a diaphragm (4), driven in oscillation therein, – an inlet valve and an outlet valve (8, 9) that are connected on one hand to the pump chamber (3) and on the other hand to an intake- or pressure-side pump connection (13, 20) and are each formed as diaphragm valves with an elastic valve diaphragm (22e, 22a) as the valve body, – an overpressure valve (26) that is also formed as a membrane valve and is arranged in a fluid connection (27) between the intake- and pressure-side pump connections (13, 20), and – an arrangement of inlet valve (8), outlet valve (9) and overpressure valve (26) with their valve diaphragms (22e, 22a, 31) in one plane (T) in the pump head (2), wherein the inlet valve (8), outlet valve (9) and overpressure valve (26) are formed by means of connecting limbs (35, 36, 37) as a one-piece valve diaphragm module (38). |
