PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile material which can prevent damaging a contacting contact member and is usable preferably for a head of a vacuum cleaner.SOLUTION: A cushioning material 17 consists of a pile material consisting of a ground fabric 20 and a pile fabric with multiple pile yarn 21 interwoven to rise up on the ground fabric 20. As for the pile material, at least one part of each pile yarn 21 is structured by elastic yarn, preferably a part of the pile yarn is structured by yarn made of synthetic resin, and preferably surface treatment to improve slidability is given to the elastic yarn. |
