PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cork sheet which maintains the quality feeling and touch of cork, is excellent in flexibility and elasticity, and has good mechanical strength. SOLUTION: A cork sheet comprises 100 pts.wt. of cork powder 0.6-5 mm in an average particle size and 40-180 pts.wt of an olefin copolymer which comprises an ethylene unit I and >=4Cα-olefin unit II and in which the mole ratio: unit I/unit II is 55/45-99/1. Or, 3-100 pts.wt. of a hydrogenated block copolymer which is obtained by hydrogenating a block copolymer having at least one polymer block A of an aromatic vinyl compound and at least one polymer block B of a conjugated diene compound in a molecule is additionally mixed with the olefin copolymer, so that the ratio in weight: cork powder/(olefin copolymer + hydrogenated block copolymer) is made 35/65-70/30.
