LONG ACTING ANTIMICROBIC PREPARATION

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to preparations having a high antimicrobic pluripotential activity and can be used for obstetrics and gynaecology. The inventive long acting antimicrobic preparation is embodied in the form of a film made of a solution having the following composition, expressed in a mass %: 60.0-70.0 polyvinyl alcohol, 20.0-30.0 glycerol, 2.0-4.0 carboxymethylcellulose, 2.0-3.0 cross-linking agent, 0.1-1.0 medicinal agent, the rest being water upto 100 %. Said preparation makes it possible to increase the antimicrobic activity and the mechanical resistance of the film and preserve the high elasticity thereof. The preparation also makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of the medicinal agent, expand the using range of medicated means and produce the preparation for individual use.
