The chair has a back support towards which folds a seat, and is partic. suitable for small vehicles used to convey persons confined to wheelchairs. The chair is fitted on the horizontal part of a tube bent at right angles, the lower vertical part of which can be raised or lowered, and releasably attached to a vertical socket on the vehicle wall. - The vertical part can be put in two rotation limit positions in the socket, in the first of which the chair is in the sitting position with the back support at right angles to the vehicle wall. In the second position, the chair is pivoted downwards with the seat folded. In this latter position, the back support and the seat are parallel to the vehicle wall. |
