FIELD: heat curtains. ^ SUBSTANCE: air-heat curtain with external air intake has air skip connected with fan, uniform distribution air ducts provided with slit nozzle with guide plates, unit for warming air up which is controlled automatically. As a unit for warming air up, the curtain has manifold burner unit mounted directly in air skip. Number of burners in the unit is inversely proportional to rated power of a single burner and can be determined by relation of n<=11,7òmuòFsòns(343-Th)/Qrat, where mu is factor of consumption of slot, Fs is cross-section area of slot, ns is number of slot in slot nozzle, Th is temperature of air to be heated, Qrat is rated capacity of manifold burner. ^ EFFECT: creation of heat curtain with autonomous warming of air to be heated directly in air duct or in air skip. ^ 1dwg |
