A method for manufacturing appliqu embroidery cloth is provided to produce appliqu embroidery cloth for simultaneously displaying various and splendid colors and patterns. A rough sketch for each partial embroidery cloth(9) is made on draft paper. A bottom face of the draft paper is coated with coating paper, and the draft paper is cut out along a shape of the rough sketch to prepare a partial embroidery cloth frame. The partial embroidery cloth frame is bonded on an inner face of embroidery cloth. The embroidery cloth is cut out along a shape of the partial embroidery cloth frame such that the cut embroidery cloth has a margin part. The margin part is fixed by applying an adhesive on an inner face of the margin part and ironing the margin part while inwardly folding the margin part. The partial embroidery cloth frame is removed from the embroidery cloth to form the partial embroidery cloth for appliqu embroidery cloth(100). The appliqu embroidery cloth is formed by connecting the formed partial embroidery cloth and other partial embroidery cloth through blind stitch. The appliqu embroidery cloth is finalized by cutting off the lowest margin part in each connecting portion of the partial embroidery cloth. |
