A decoration chain for use in a necklace or a bracelet is provided to improve tensile strength or durability of the chain and to make bigger rings and smaller rings in the chain twisted at a uniform angle while the rings are connected to each other. A decoration chain is comprised of a bigger ring(10) and a smaller ring(11) being alternately connected by welding parts(20,21). The bigger ring(10) is made out of a thick wire and the smaller ring(11) is made out of a thin wire. The thickness ratio of the bigger ring(10) to the smaller ring(11) ranges from 10:7 to 10:9. To mold the rings together, the welding parts(20,21) are filled with welding powder and the rings are heated up to a proper welding temperature. Since the rings have different thicknesses, they reach the welding temperature almost at the same time, creating an optimum welding state. |
