The present invention relates to a cell disruption module which includes: a pipe through which cell-containing fluid flows; a plurality of blades separated from each other in the pipe; a rod positioned at the center of the blades and connected to the blades; and a plurality of supports maintaining gaps between the blades. According to the present invention, cell disruption can be carried out by minimizing the damage or distortion of intracellular substances which are to be detected or used.
