摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery management system that can perform a secondary battery in consideration of a temperature load.SOLUTION: A secondary battery management system comprises a temperature frequency history storage unit for storing a frequency value indexing a frequency for a mounted battery every temperature, a temperature output unit for detecting and outputting the environment temperature of the mounted battery, a frequency value integrating unit for integrating the frequency value of the temperature frequency history storage unit on the basis of the temperature output from the temperature output unit, a high frequency output unit for outputting, as a high frequency temperature, the temperature of the highest frequency value out of the frequency values of the temperatures stored in the temperature frequency history storage unit, and a candidate battery high frequency storage unit for storing a high frequency temperature of a period for which candidate batteries are previously used as a mounted battery. A selector selects, as an exchange battery, a candidate battery having a high frequency temperature which is out of high frequency temperatures stored in the candidate battery high frequency storage unit and has a different from the high frequency temperature output from the high frequency output unit within a predetermined permissible range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
