PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress switching loss in a normal operation mode, and suppress the generation of an excessive inrush current in a switching element when an idle period is switched to a continuous period in an intermittent operation mode.SOLUTION: A second series circuit 13B includes a resistance R12 that is connected to an anode of a diode D2, and a resistance R11 that is connected to the resistance R12 at one end and connected to a first control part 71 at the other end. A switching element Tr11 is connected to the resistance R11. A second control part 15, when a switching element Q11 is operated in an intermittent operation mode, reduces a charge voltage of a capacitor C1 to be lower than an on-voltage of the switching element Tr11 and turns off the switching element Tr11 in an idle period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
