A solar cell panel support frame (20) having a first rail (210) that supports the top-side end edge (10a) of a solar cell panel (10) and has three first rail sections (211) arranged in the horizontal array direction (D3) of the solar cell panels (10) with gaps (d) interposed therebetween, the solar cell panel support frame (20) being characterized in that the first rail sections (211) each have a weight-mounting plate (211a) on which a weight (230) is mounted, a wind-stopping wall (211) that blocks the penetration of wind (W1) to the rear-surface (10d) side of the light-receiving surface (10a) of the solar cell panel (10), and is provided in an upright manner on the weight-mounting plate (211a), and a panel-immobilizing part (211c) provided on the upper end edge of the wind-stopping wall (211). |
