An audio distributing system for distributing information from an information distributing unit to an information receiving unit according to selection information representing one or more pieces of audio information selected from a collection of audio information, wherein the information distributing unit creates a synthesis audio data file synthesized by editing audio data files including an audio data file which is actual data on the selected pieces of audio information to create an audio content and distributes the synthesis audio data file to the information receiving unit. With such a system, the user can enjoy a content composed of information including the content that the user desires by means of a simple reproducing device.
