FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has stiletto and two cylinders having platform in proximal part. The platform is arranged at an angle to longitudinal axis with its working surface. One cylinder has 4.6 mm large internal diameter for receiving the stiletto. The second cylinder has 1.5 mm large internal diameter for receiving pin. The pin is bent as arc for performing spring fixation and projects from the second cylinder. It is manufactured as penetration stop when introduced into formed hole and for avoiding displacement to occur. The platform is curved at an angle of 10°, has oval shape and slot for fixing pin. The working surface is arranged at an angle of 45°. ^ EFFECT: improved blood supply to lesion focus; reduced risk of traumatic complications and secondary soft tissue infection. ^ 3 dwg |
