PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of diffusing conditioned air toward the optimum direction with a satisfactory balance to prevent a ceiling face from being stained and to reduce uncomfortable feeling onto a human body. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is provided with wind-direction control plates attached to each diffusing port, comprising a long plate material curved over along a width direction as the whole, having one end edge part along a longitudinal direction of the long plate material formed into linear shape, and having the other end edge part along the longitudinal direction formed with central curvature degree higher than those in both sides, and the each wind-direction control plate is arranged in a position where all the wind directions of the conditioned air diffused from the one end edge part along the longitudinal direction get equal and where a wind velocity distribution gets substantially uniform, in an air flow passage in the corresponding diffusing port.
